Do you offer pickup or self-collection?
Yes. Our pickup hours are 10AM–2PM on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

You can select a pickup window at checkout. Place your order before 6PM for next-available-day pickup.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We deliver on Fridays from 4–8PM and on Saturdays from 2–6PM.
You can select a delivery window at checkout. Place your order before 6PM for next-available-day delivery.
We don’t accommodate specific day or time requests.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer tiered pricing based on the order amount and distance.
We provide free delivery for orders above $80 islandwide.
Orders between $40–$80 are charged between $0–$15 depending on distance, while orders below $40 are charged between $5–$20.
How should Flip Snacks products be stored?
Our dips are made from fresh ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives. Please keep them refrigerated at 0-4ºC with their lids on.
When long do Flip Snacks products last?
Our dips are freshly made and best enjoyed immediately, but can still be eaten within 5 days (including the day you receive it), provided they’re kept refrigerated.
Can I freeze the dips?
We don’t recommend freezing, as it may alter the texture and flavor. Our dips are best enjoyed fresh.

Orders
Is there a minimum order amount?
We don't have a minimum order amount, but we do charge a delivery fee for orders below $80. We recommend getting a few flavours to try; they disappear fast.
How will my order be packaged?
Every order is packed in insulated bags together with ice packs to keep the food chilled. Please store your products in a refrigerator as soon as possible after delivery.
Can I update my shipping address, cancel, or edit my order after it is placed?
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please reach out to our team at orders@flipsnacks.com with your order number as quickly as possible and we will do what we can.
What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
If you are not home, we will leave your order at your doorstep unless otherwise instructed.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
We're sorry that the package you received is incorrect. Please reach out to our team at orders@flipsnacks.com immediately with:
- Your order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email)
- The name of the missing product
- A clear image of all the products you received

We focus on freshness, using real ingredients with minimal processing, and bold flavours. No artificial preservatives, no weird additives, just honest food made with care.
Do Flip Snacks products contain allergens?
Flip Snacks products may contain allergenic ingredients including sesame (used in our hummus dips), soy, and dairy in the form of cream cheese and Greek yoghurt. The full ingredient list, including any allergens, are clearly labelled on each product’s page.
All our products are made in a facility that also processes other allergens.
Do Flip Snacks products contain preservatives or additives?
Our dips are made with natural, whole ingredients only, no synthetic preservatives or artificial additives. We believe in freshness and feeding others with real, fresh, and nutritious food.
What materials are the dips packaged in?
We use sustainable food-safe kraft paper tubs to store our dips because of their functional simplicity and environmental friendliness.
My dip is splitting! What should I do?
It’s ok! We don’t use any preservatives or additives like artificial emulsifiers, stabilisers or thickeners, so any water in a dip may start to separate after a few days. Simply stir the dip with a spoon to re-emulsify the dip.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We don’t accept returns and exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us at hello@flipsnacks.com and we’ll make it right.
