About the name

FIRST LAUGH: A reminder that joy is contagious, and it often starts with just one shared laugh.

How it's made

Onions are slow-cooked for more than an hour to a jammy sweetness before umami-rich miso is added. Cream cheese and labne (made from strained home-made Greek yoghurt) are mixed through to achieve a beautiful and luxurious texture.

How to enjoy

Remove from the fridge at least 10 minutes before consuming.
