About the name

GOLDEN SUNRISE: A symbol of fresh beginnings, optimism, and the energy that good food and good company bring.

How it's made

Chickpeas are soaked overnight before simmering until tender. They're then blended with extra virgin olive oil, tahini, freshly squeezed lemon juice and garlic before seasoning with Himalayan salt, cumin, coriander and smoked paprika. It's then passed through a sieve to achieve our signature creaminess.

How to enjoy

Remove from the fridge at least 10 minutes before consuming.

FIRST LAUGH Caramelised Onion & Miso Dip is perfect with crudités and crackers, mixed through salads and greens, or paired with creamy pastas and risottos.
