What makes your dips different?
We focus on freshness, real ingredients, and bold flavors. No artificial preservatives, no weird additives, just honest food made with care.
Do you use preservatives or additives?
No. Our dips are made with natural, whole ingredients only — no preservatives, gums, or stabilizers. That’s why they taste like they were just made (because they were).
How long do the dips last?
Our dips are freshly made and best enjoyed within 5–7 days of opening, provided they’re kept refrigerated. Always check the best-before date on the label.
Do I need to keep them refrigerated?
Yes. Our dips are made from fresh ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives. Please keep them refrigerated at 0–4°C at all times, even before opening.
Can I freeze the dips?
We don’t recommend freezing, as it may alter the texture and flavor. Our dips are best enjoyed fresh
How are the dips packaged?
Each dip is packed in a reusable food-safe container. We use minimal, eco-conscious packaging wherever possible.
Where are the dips made?
All our dips are made in small batches in Singapore using thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
Do you offer delivery? How fast is it?
Yes! We offer next-day delivery on most orders within Singapore. Delivery options and rates are shown at checkout.
Is there a minimum order amount?
We don't have a minimum amount, but we do charge a delivery fee for orders below $100. We recommend getting a few flavours to try; they disappear fast.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our dips, we don’t accept returns. But if something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
