How it's made
Fiery gochujang is balanced with the addition of honey, rice vinegar and soy sauce before mixing it through cream cheese and labneh (made from strained home-made Greek yoghurt) to tame the heat and achieve a beautiful finish.
How to enjoy
Remove from the fridge at least 10 minutes before consuming.
Creamy Gochujang adds spice to your meals. Try pairing with pastas (a small dollop is enough to add a touch of heat), or have it with crisp crudités and crackers.
