Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C. Consume within 2 weeks. Do not freeze.

Signature Hummus: Chickpeas are soaked overnight before simmering until tender. They're then blended with extra virgin olive oil, tahini, freshly squeezed lemon juice and garlic before seasoning with Himalayan salt, cumin, coriander and smoked paprika. It's then passed through a sieve to achieve our signature creaminess.

Roasted Carrot Hummus: Carrots are slow-roasted in the oven until tender and their sweetness is concentrated. They're then blended together with our nutty, creamy signature hummus for a bright, sweet and earthy finish. It's then passed through a sieve to achieve our signature creaminess.

Beetroot Hummus: Beetroots are slow-roasted in the oven until tender and their sweetness is concentrated. They're then blended together with our nutty, creamy signature hummus for a vibrant, sweet and earthy finish. Finally, it's passed through a sieve to achieve our signature creaminess.

Remove from the fridge at least 10 minutes before consuming.

Signature Hummus is perfect with crudités and crackers, mixed through salads and greens, or paired with creamy pastas and risottos.

Roasted Carrot Hummus is perfect spread on crusty bread, added to salads, and is comfortable sharing a plate with, and complementing, the main course.

Beetroot Hummus is delicious with bread and crackers and adds colour and a pop of flavour to salads. Try pairing it with cheeses for a beautiful umami, sweet and earthy combination.
