Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C. Consume within 7 days. Do not freeze.

Signature Hummus: Chickpeas are soaked overnight before simmering until tender. They're then blended with extra virgin olive oil, tahini, freshly squeezed lemon juice and garlic before seasoning with Himalayan salt, cumin, coriander and smoked paprika. It's then passed through a sieve to achieve our signature creaminess.

Creamy Gochujang: Fiery gochujang is balanced with the addition of honey, rice vinegar and soy sauce before mixing it through cream cheese and labneh (made from strained home-made Greek yoghurt) to tame the heat and achieve a beautiful finish.

Crudités: Carrots are peeled before being cut into batons. Cucumbers are deseeded and cut into batons. Sometimes less is best.

Remove from the fridge at least 10 minutes before consuming.

Signature Hummus is perfect with warm pita or fresh veggies, spread on sandwiches and wraps, or served alongside grilled meats and roasted vegetables.

Creamy Gochujang Dip adds spice to your meals. Try pairing with pastas (a small dollop is enough to add a touch of heat), or have it with crisp crudités and crackers.
